Australia, living out of his Troop Carrier and I was in town supporting a friend doing the Busselton Iron Man. A conversation was struck between us at the Esplanade Hotel and well the rest is history!

I like to look back and reflect on the month. Sometimes a month can fly by and I think that nothing much happened. But when I look back I realise that there were lots of little moments that made it pretty special.

Dixie and I had a child-free afternoon, instead of going for a romantic picnic or to the movies we fed our adrenaline addiction! We hit Aloha Surfhouse in Joondalup for an afternoon of rock climbing and surfing.
I have never used Airbnb. I often find myself on their website looking at all the different accommodation options but I have never made a booking. Well that was until this weekend. Ok so it wan’t a true Airbnb experience, we were not sharing a house with the owners. Instead we had 70 acres of land to ourselves!
