August Moments

EverlastingI like to look back and reflect on the month. Sometimes a month can fly by and I think that nothing much happened. But when I look back I realise that there were lots of little moments that made it pretty special.

Nourish and Feed

I featured as a guest blogger over at Agent Mystery Case sharing my local loves. It was great fun writing about local business in the City of Joondalup. I include everything from indoor surfing to a healthy drive-thru and much more.

Rain hail or shine I have been walking along the coast. The fresh air and salty water have done wonders for my soul.  However with the water polo season fast approaching I need to lift my game and get fit!

A quick look at the Dog Refuge saw us coming home with Fonzi! She is a country dog so I think she will fit in well with our outdoor lifestyle. She likes to chew anything from people to coffee tables. I think we have our hands full but she is deeply loved by the whole family.

It may be the end of winter but spring is in the air. The wildflowers are starting to appear and I am longing for the warmer days.

I hope you all had a fab month!
