Even though my style of travel has changed from backpacking to family travel I still have a local guidebook handy.
Okay, so I have neglected this little space of mine on the internet lately. Since returning from our half lap of Australia life has been hectic. I have been too busy chauffeuring children around and working, I have hardly had time to sit down and give you a life update.

Read More »If you have wondered what it is like to travel fulltime in a Jayco Camper Trailer we have shared our experience. We packed up our family and spent an amazing 3+ months travelling Western Australia and the Northern Territory. We have a 2016 Jayco Eagle Outback and we were a little nervous to see if it would survive off road tracks such as The Gibb River Road.

Read More »At the beginning of the month, Perth and it’s surrounding areas copped a battering with thunderstorms. Records were smashed, within 24 hours we received the average rainfall for the whole month of March! With so much water around, we decided to take advantage of the situation and explore the Avon River. We also wanted to do a test run of our new Bushman Fridge and Companion 200W Solar Blanket before we embark on our Aussie Road Trip.
